CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The careful handling of your ceramics will extend the life of your pieces. To preserve the appearance of your purchase, we recommend hand washing your piece in warm water with mild dish soap and then drying it with a soft cloth and leaving it to air dry before storage. Incorrect washing of your ceramics may cause damage to your piece. Do not soak your Gallery Court pieces and avoid harsh chemicals.
MATERIALS
‘Potenza’ Curly Plate is handmade with the highest quality Australian Terracotta Clay. Gallery Court Oxides Underglazes and Glazes are lead-free, non-toxic and food safe. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics including under glazing and glazing, this ceramic art object may have minor imperfections. Beauty is in imperfections, this is a one-off item and is not mass-produced.
THERMAL SHOCK
Sudden changes in temperature can result in damage. To reduce the possibility of thermal shock, please avoid sudden extreme temperature changes. If your piece is exposed to hot water, allow it to cool prior to using and refrain from pouring cold water onto a hot vessel as this may cause cracking of the glaze or clay body.
